SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover the MESSIAH Drop Alerts text message program run by MESSIAH (messiaharchive.com), called "MESSIAH", "we" or "us" below. Joining the program means you agree to these terms.

1. What you will receive

MESSIAH Drop Alerts sends recurring automated marketing texts about MESSIAH: drop dates and early access, product releases, restocks, offers, events, reminders about items left in your cart, and account or order updates.

2. How you join

You join by entering your mobile number in a MESSIAH signup form on messiaharchive.com, or through any other signup method we clearly offer, and agreeing to receive texts. We may send one text to confirm that you joined. You do not have to agree to texts to make a purchase.

3. Message frequency

How often we text varies. It is usually a few messages a month, and more during drop weeks.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. MESSIAH does not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier's normal messaging and data rates apply, so check your plan with your carrier.

5. How to stop

You can cancel any time. Text STOP to any MESSIAH message. You will get one final text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that you will get no more marketing texts unless you sign up again. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and STOPALL also work.

7. Carriers

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Who can join

The program is for U.S. mobile numbers. You must be the account holder of the number, or have the account holder's permission, to enroll it. If you change or give up your number, text STOP from it first.

9. Privacy

We use your number and your consent record only to run this program and to support your orders. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our messaging and service providers (for example, our text platform) handle your information only to deliver the program for us. For everything else, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms or end the program at any time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page. If you keep receiving texts after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
