Refund policy

ALL SALES FINAL

Every MESSIAH piece is made in small runs. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check the measurements on each product page before you order.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery using the email on our Contact page. Include your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

PREORDERS

Preorder pieces are produced after the order window closes. Each product page and your order confirmation show the date your order will ship by.

If we cannot ship by that date, we will email you before it passes with a new ship date. You can then choose to cancel for a full refund or keep your order. If we cannot give you a new date, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

THE REMNANT

The Remnant is a digital pass and is non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PAID

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
